Ingredients :
200 gms paneer ( we used Amul )- shallow fry in few tsp oil
1/4 cup curd
2 onions - chopped
1-2 tsp ginger - garlic paste
2 tomatoes - chopped
3 tsp dhania powder
2 tsp jeera powder
2 tsp garam masala
Green chillies - qty depending on how spicy you want the dish to be
Approx 1/4 cup cashew paste ( Grind cashews with little water)
Salt to taste
3-4 tbsp cream
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp kasuri methi



Method :
1. Mix the fried paneer in curd and set aside.
2. Heat oil, add onions and fry till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Mix
3. Add tomatoes, dhania-jeera powder, chilli powder, garam masala. Fry till tomatoes turn mushy.
4. Add paneer mixture, salt and approx 1/4 cup water. Cook for 5 mins.
5. Add cashew paste and cook till thick.
6. Add cream and mix.
7. Garnish with crushed kasuri methi.
Zafar Shahi is ready to serve!
