Pudina (Mint) Paratha


Ingredients : 
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 to 2 1/2 tbsp mint leaves, freshly chopped or dried
1/2 tsp chilli powder 
1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds) or 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dried mango powder)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Few tsps Ghee/ Clarified butter for cooking
You may add a few finely chopped green chillies if you want it spicier.


Method :
1. Mix together all the ingredients (except the ghee) in a mixing bowl. Add enough water to make a dough of rolling consistency.
2. Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll out each ball into fairly thin rounds (as u do for chapathis)
3. Cook on a tawa(griddle) on both sides using ghee till brown spots appear on the surface & is cooked.
'Serve hot with Dum Aloo'
