Rawa Burfi





Ingredients :
1 cup sooji/rawa
3 cups milk
1 cup ghee
3 cups sugar

Method :
1. Take a thick bottomed pan and boil the milk till it thickens a little and is a bit reduced than the original quantity.
2. Add the ghee, sugar and then add rawa. Stir constantly till it leaves sides of pan.
3. When done, transfer on to a greased plate. Cut into desired shape.
