Apple Milk Shake


Ingredients:
Apple 2
Milk 1 1/2 Cups
Honey to Taste
Pistachios 1 Tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder a Pinch

Method of preparation:
Peel and roughly chop apple.
Grind pistachios into coarse powder and keep aside.
Blend together apple, milk, honey, cardamom powder into smooth juice.
Remove the shake onto a serving glasses with ice cubes.
Garnish with ground pistachios and serve apple milk shake immediately.
